What’s Included?
- Two yearly, multi-point assessments of the interior and exterior of your home – addressing more then 60 items.
- A printed report of our findings and a prioritized list of what issues we recommend addressing.
- Provide a customized checklist that will outline all of the dates and services that have been performed to date and a service schedule for the future.
- Provide knowledge to educate clients about basic household items: plumbing, electric, visible issues: mold, water stains. Start thinking “prevention.”
- Client will receive a customized Household Tune-Ups schedule that will be outlined after our first visit.
- Client will also receive customized Friendly Reminders throughout the year either by email or by phone. These reminders will be outlined after our first visit.
- Create a binder of the home’s history with all pertinent information to be used as a future reference guide.
- Outline make, model and serial number of all household appliances.
- On call assistance available.
- We offer list of preferred contractors in all trades. We have checked references and verified up to date liability insurance.
- Due to the “liability factor” we assess only the VISIBLE areas of the home, we will only move furniture, drapery, carpets, plants, pictures, or knick-knacks of any kind if requested or if we feel there are any hidden issues.
- It is very possible for an issue to occur after we have performed our assessment. For example, a water stain may appear on a ceiling due to rainfall after our visit. Much of what Tallon Home Care is trying to promote is a new sense of awareness and involvement to keep a better eye on your home.
